We want to give you the best sit-stand desk experience possible. And since we stand behind our products 100%, we’ll let you try it out for 30 days, risk-free. If you’re not completely happy with your product for any reason, let us know and we’ll arrange for pick up from your home or office.


RETURNS

Thanks to our risk free 30-day guarantee, you may return any VARIDESK product for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Simply call us and we will issue an RMA#.

We’ll even cover your return shipping costs. We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your VARIDESK. However, if you no longer have your original box, please let a customer service member know so a return box can be provided. Please call Customer Service for more details.

For US Customers : Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.

For Australia Customers : Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.

For EU Customers : Your money will be refunded in full to your credit card within 2-3 business days or within 5-7 days if you paid via EFT/ACH/Wire Transfer upon return receipt of your VARIDESK product.


Product Warranty

VARIDESK stands behind our products, and we want you to feel secure knowing that we’ll work to resolve any issues that arise.

For products purchased on or after October 5, 2018, all eligible VARIDESK products are covered under a limited, non-transferrable warranty for the term listed below for normal usage. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user’s ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free trial.

For any products purchased prior to October 5, 2018, warranty coverage lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Exceptions to the coverage include:

  • Changes in surface finish, including color-fastness or matching of colors, woodgrains, or textures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • Modifications made by the user
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Damage or marking of surfaces caused by sharp or foreign objects
  • Pilling of textiles

Returns and Replacements

  • During the 30-Day Guarantee period, returns, replacements, and shipping costs are paid by VARIDESK.
  • Within 1 year of the purchase date, shipping costs for warranty claims will be covered by VARIDESK.
  • After 1 year from the purchase date, the shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the customer.
  • Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced at our cost under the 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
  • After the initial 30-day risk free period, refunds will no longer be available, product replacements will be provided instead.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty Replacements : Any failure from normal usage will be replaced free of charge and VARIDESK will return the product to you directly at our cost. A failure is a mechanical breakdown of or defect in the unit that affects the user's ability to operate the product as intended. If it is determined that the failure was caused by misuse or abuse of the product, replacements and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. No refunds are available after the initial 30-day risk free period.

Warranty Returns : Any returns outside of the initial 30-day guarantee window, but before the 1-year product warranty window, require customers to pay the freight costs to send the product(s) back to our warehouse.


ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Items damaged in transit may be returned or replaced under our Risk Free 30-Day Guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.


CANCELLED ORDERS

Should you wish to cancel your order, please call our customer service team at 03 8400 4804. Once the item is rerouted back to our warehouse and we verify receipt, you will be issued a full refund. This usually takes a few days.
